PLC Resources
PLC, or Professional Learning Communities, are an ongoing process in which educators work collaboratively in recurring cycles of collective inquiry and action research to achieve better results for the students they serve. Professional Learning Communities help ensure all students learn at high levels.

The four critical questions of learning that guide our work:
1. What do we expect all students to learn (know and be able to do)?
2. How will we know when they have learned it?
3. How will we respond when they do not learn it?
4. How will we respond when they already know it.
