Facilities Updates

On November 3, The Owatonna community said "Yes" in support of a $77.9 million bond referendum.  This will allow the District to improve areas in safety and security, deferred maintenance, and school space.  We are extremely grateful to the Owatonna community for their support, and now we are busy fulfilling the plans of this referendum.  All projects are scheduled to be completed by the start of the 2018-19 school year. 
Throughout this three year process, the District will provide regular updates on progress being made, timelines, and budgets.  As construction projects are very complex, there may be some adjustments to these schedules as projects proceed.  We will continue to communicate any changes to all stakeholders.  Please check this website and the left sidebar links often for updates.
